Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients

250g Marie Biscuits

395g Condensed Milk

1/3 Cup Cocoa Powder (approx.)

1 Cup Desiccated Coconut (approx.)

Steps

  1. Crush the biscuits to fine crumbs, using either a blender, rolling pin or if all else fails, a strong grip!
  2. Combine the crushed biscuits, condensed milk, cocoa powder and little of the desiccated coconut. Use a spoon or combine by hand.
  3. Roll the biscuit mix into small balls and roll to coat in the coconut. Then, just refrigerate for later and Enjoy!
